When are you actually launching?
We are finalising our network agreement now. Plans, pricing, and coverage detail get published here the day they are signed — not before. If you want to hear first, grab an eSIM reservation and we will email you.
Will my current phone work?
If it is unlocked and supports 5G or LTE, almost certainly. Carrier-locked phones need unlocking by your current provider first — they are required to do it once the device is paid off. Check your IMEI on the Activate page.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes, and it is free. Keep your old service running while the port completes. Most numbers move within a few hours; some landline-origin numbers take up to two business days.
What happens when I run out of data?
Your speed drops until the cycle resets. Calls and texts keep working normally, and you are never billed for going over. You can move up a tier mid-cycle if you want full speed back sooner.
Can I refill my current carrier before switching?
Yes — that service is separate from our own plans and works with all the major prepaid carriers. You do not need an account and you do not need to be a Breezy customer.
